My Approach

My style of therapy encourages honest self-reflection so that you can build awareness of your internal world (thoughts, feelings and behaviors) by exploring the parts of you that are confused, causing you pain and discomfort.

Deep lasting change can take time, therefore I work in a way that addresses the concerns that need immediate attention in the short term, as well as the underlying patterns that might have caused these difficulties in the first place.

I work relationally, meaning I am collaborative and active in our work. I bring into the room genuine compassion, a sense of humor, and a deep commitment to facilitating lasting change for my clients.
